Once shipped the carrier will schedule a delivery appointment for your delivery with you. If appointment based LTL delivery is not available in your area we use couriers such as FedEx, UPS and Purolator to deliver to your home.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the product, although it is a bit challenging to assemble it because the assembly instructions are not clear and seem to be out of order. I am also satisfied with the customer service of Loft Design.

Took a while to put together particularly when not used to this type of thing! The one on the web showed an LED light. Not sure if we have to order that separately or is it just in the picture. No big deal.
Just what we ordered. Nice. Fedex isn’t wonderful!! Kept leaving messages that we weren’t there for delivery....4 times! We were in! Not Loftdesign’s fault of course.
Great piece of furniture. It was a bit confusing to put together but when eventually complete, it turned out to be sleek and modern. Great buy!
